Ordering sample labels and our standard 60mL tubes will cover your needs for almost all of our routine analyses.
For other specialty analyses, you’ll find the required volume and container type on the analyses page – just search for the analysis you’re submitting.
In a hurry?
Most of our clients receive their supplies within 3-4 business days. If you need them sooner, you can pick up supplies at any of our locations or contact us for overnight shipping costs.
Outside of the U.S.?
We are able to ship supplies to our clients worldwide - contact us for international shipping costs.
Placing a supplies order:
1. Click on "View My Clients" under "My Accounts"
2. Open the Client Account you want to order supplies for
If you work with multiple Client Accounts, each account has a unique barcode on the sample labels, and should be ordered individually.
3. Click the "Order Supplies" button:
4. Enter the quantity you'd like to order, then click the "Order" button.
Sample tubes come in bags of 25 (enter "2" to receive 2 bags of tubes), and labels are 12 to a sheet. Other supplies can be ordered individually.
5. Select a shipping address from your saved addresses, or enter a new address.
Finally, click the red button to submit your order.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, because we ship orders with FedEx.
A Phone Number is required for the order to submit successfully.
We will process your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day, and send it with ground shipping. Most customers receive their shipments within 3-4 business days.
