Choosing an analysis

You can view details and pricing for our analyses on our website.

If you have any questions, or aren't sure which analysis you need, give us a call and we will help you understand which options are appropriate for your needs: 707-963-4806

Submitting Samples

Label

Make sure your sample is clearly marked with:

  • Your account details (business name and/or account number)

  • A sample ID (this will be how the sample is identified on the lab report and our website)

  • The analyses you'd like to order

We will send you pre-printed sample labels (along with other sample supplies) at no charge, just place an order online.

You can also print your own labels on Avery 5395 sheets using this template for wine samples, and using this template for harvest juice samples.

Container

We'll send you sample tubes and other supplies (including pre-printed labels) at no charge.

Submission

You can bring your samples to any one of our locations, or use our after-hours dropboxes. We also offer free courier pickup in many areas.

If you’re not near one of our laboratories, you can ship your samples to our St. Helena headquarters:

899 Adams Street, Suite A
St. Helena, CA 94574

Billing

We'll issue an invoice when analysis is complete - you can view your invoices online and make secure payment by bank account or credit card. If you'd like to mail a check, you can send it to the St. Helena address above.

You can also set up automatic payments, and we'll charge your open invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly cycle. ( Here's how to set up AutoPay )

Invoices are payable on receipt (past-due after 30 days).
