What steps are required to order analyses?
There is no order form required - you'll just label the sample containers with your account information, a sample ID, and the requested analyses – then send it to our lab.
Free Sample Pickup:
If you're close to one of our labs, we offer free courier service to pick up samples. You can request a courier online, or contact your local lab for more information.
Shipping Samples:
If you need to ship the sample, please send it to our St. Helena location:

Dropboxes:
We have a network of dropboxes, including a 24-hour dropbox at each of our lab locations. You'll find more details on the locations page – if you log in to your ETS account, it will also show the PIN code for each dropbox.
